"Modeling maritime tsunami hazards in Washington"

Washington State has recently started producing Maritime Response and Mitigation Strategy reports for maritime communities. The first such study (for the Port of Bellingham) has already been published (report). A report is now in preparation for Westport  (preliminary results).  Other educational links are found here.

Elyssa, Carrie and Randy will give an overview of the goals and methodology of these maritime studies and also discuss some future research goals in relation to the Cascadia CoPes Hub project. There should hopefully be time at the end for feedback and discussion.
